[Movie Club] The Star War Episode IV: Literally the Worst Thing Ever

Okay, that title is misleading. Episode IV is not literally the worst ever (it is quite good, actually), but beneath the layers of movie magic and childlike wonder lies a despicable, rotten core. A malicious cancer that threatens to spread and retroactively make A New Hope a piece of unwatchable garbage. If you have even a slice of humanity in your soul then you will agree. 

Good Band Names – Meat is Poison

Name: Meat is Poison

Genre: Glam Rock

Bruce Willford and Mel Gleeson, along with a rotating drummer and synth player, travelled the country for thirteen years, from 1973 to 1986, performing strange covers of 60s Anti-War songs and classic Rock-and-Roll songs. They never actually had an album produced, and their names were likely made up for their band, so we may never know anything about the band except from eyewitnesses.

These guys basically saw Green Day and really wanted to copy them. No, you’ve never heard of them, because they suck.
